We provide training and guidance to our staff to help them:

  • Identify the signs of modern slavery or human trafficking;
  • Understand the importance of compliance and reporting;
  • Know how to escalate concerns appropriately.

Millersoft Ltd encourages all employees, contractors, and suppliers to report any suspicions of modern slavery or unethical labour practices. We maintain a confidential whistleblowing policy that enables individuals to report concerns without fear of retaliation.
